Analysis for The Survey Results of Data Requirement of Pelalawan Regency, 2019

Data Requirement Survey (SKD) of Pelalawan Regency is a survey conducted by the BPS-Statistics ofPelalawanRegency to identify statistical data needs and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS-Statistics ofPelalawanRegency data and services. Respondents in SKD 2019 ofPelalawanRegency are consumers who receive services from PST BPS-Statistics ofPelalawanRegency unit by face to face or come directly to the PST BPS-Statistics ofPelalawanRegency and without face to face either by telephone, e-mail, letters, websites, and online statistical services. SKD 2019 ofPelalawanRegency results show that consumers in PST of BPS-Statistics ofPelalawanRegency are dominated by consumers who come from Regional Government (58,06%). In general, consumers are satisfied with the data obtained from BPS-Statistics ofPelalawanRegency as indicated by the the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the quality of BPS-Statistics ofPelalawanRegency data at 100%. Consumer satisfaction with services data the BPS-Statistics ofPelalawanRegency is ilustrated by CSI (Consumer Satisfaction Index) is 85,55.
